Pulled Pork Sandwiches - Recipe

3 to 4 pound Boneless Pork Roast
1 Bottle of "Famous Dave's Steak & Burger Seasoning" - dry seasoning
1 Package "Good Seasonings" Dry Italian Dressing Seasoning
1-2 Cans of Chicken Stock (I use reduced sodium)
Salt & Pepper

There are no official measurements for this recipe. Just use your judgement and call me if you have any questions.

Use the Famous Daves (the bottle should last for 6-8 full recipes so just eyeball the amount) and sprinkle on all sides of the roast, do the same with one entire packet of the Italian dressing seasoning. Then salt & pepper.

Pour 1-2 (depending on the size of your roast) cans of the chicken stock in your crock pot and then set the roast in carefully so that you don't wash all the seasonings off. Cook on low all day - about 8 hours.

Shred the pork with two forks about 3/4 way through the cooking time. DO NOT GET RID OF THE LIQUID IN THE CROCK POT. After shredding the pork return it to the crock pot - stir, and all the liquid will be absorbed.

Serve with BBQ sauce, mustard, mayo or even cole slaw on top!
I use "french hamburger" buns for serving, they are a little more dense and don't get as soggy.
